Guilds & Guile

Guilds & Guile is a game of managing resources and risk in the attempt to uncover politically useful information. It utilizes a percentile dice mechanic where for every roll three stats are added to determine the liklihood of success. Furthermore each Guild has a dissatisfaction rating which if rolled below, will lead to them becoming, well more discontent with the Reign of Her Majesty. Cards are used to represent resources that can be used for bribes or to make spells, potions or items that will help in the cause. In time, (perhaps once I am done playtesting Martian Muckraker), I hope to create a full book with detailed Guild descriptions and a few sample political confrontations.
