Galactic Master's Guide updated to Hazard Placard Format

Galactic Masters Guide Updated

The Galactic Master’s Guide has been updated to the new hazard-manual style design. There are also a few new features. I believe the Hazard-Manual style is easy to read and helps keep the theme of the game.

New Features

• Advanced Levels - For characters beyond their third tier. Advanced Levels have an effect determined by rolling 2d6s. Advanced Levels will also help influence your character’s Fame and Political connections.
• Some Example NPCs have been added
• Revisions to example potions - I have revised some of the potions to more closely mirror potions that have occurred during Playtesting and feature more Instant (II) potions.
